This season coming to an end but planning and deliveries for next seasons crop well underway. Today our Rockwool from Grodan arrived.

Harvesting season almost over as last tomatoes ripen on the vine.

Harvesting finished for season 2024. Now the big clean out begins to get ready for new plants in early January. No time for rest just yet.

We had a brilliant week of sunshine which the plants have really responded too. The first vine, the fruit is set and developing, the second truss is 50% set and third truss is in full flower. In about 5 weeks we’ll see first red tomatoes appearing. ☀️☀️☀️🌼🌼🍅🍅 #Irishtomatoes

We removed plastic tissue under the pots 10 days ago to allow the roots take hold into the Grodan slabs. Now we check the root development which is ok considering the poor weather this week.🌧️🌧️🌧️💧💧💧#irishtomatoes
