Last week, Wright Runstad & Company celebrated the REI Topping Out in Bellevue's Spring District. We were joined by roughly 250 attendees, including REI's team and the construction team, who have been working hard on company's new headquarters.

Credit to former Bellevue, Washington planning Director Matt Terry - I was an early buyer of the Bel- Red vision which led to the Spring District, Matt was the producer. Housing, jobs, education, community spaces, walk/bikeable, all centered around mass transit.
