4/5 (Khan et al. 2023) 3 months after CTO PCI, absolute coronary flow improved (30%), and microvascular resistance decreased (16%). Biggest change was in prior CABG and high eGFR. Smallest change was when extraplaque technique is used (Food for thought!) #CTO2024
