As of June (I think), it looks like Discord has added a new developer policy (#1) that states "Do not use message content obtained through the APIs to train machine learning or AI models (including large language models) unless express permission is granted by Discord."

With the Nobel news I just wanna say I made the meme on the left way before the one on the right started circulating. Yes I know my meme isn’t as good but it was first. In a way, you could say I won the Nobel prize in getting the meme out first.
