The Overview and Scrutiny Call In Sub Committee of the Council have voted overwhelmingly to refer the decision to close Staveley Road and Burlington Lane to the Councils Cabinet.

Question for Gardening twitter? Broad beans dying at the tips and edges of some leaves, looks like a fungal attack; anyone know for sure. The aether suggests spray with a washing up liquid mixture and a bit of bicarbonate, to make the leaves alkali. Any ideas out there?
