A crucial discovery identifying a new potential pathway for damage in babies affected by #FetalGrowthRestriction means that for the 1st time researchers may be able to develop therapies to improve outcomes. Discover Dr Beth Allison & her team's findings: bit.ly/3Ppxmbd

Our new NIRS percentiles are out #openaccess. Along with recent HR & SpO2 perc's (link in thread), these provide reference standards for physiological parameters in transitioning (mostly) term newborns, born by CS and VB, who had deferred cord clamping. rdcu.be/dFS7h

Sometimes I love being a scientist. It’s often not the journey but the people you meet along the way. Had the privilege of speaking at the Med.Univ. of Graz and then dinner with this amazing group of neonatologists!
