Local 872 members stand with our union siblings at UAW 4811 after the despicable and violent attacks on them by right-wing agitators last night. It is unfathomable that UCLA would stand by and let this happen — we’ll be arm-in-arm with you in fighting for accountability.

Organized workers have the power to change the world! USC’s actions are not only wrong but illegal. This international mass movement of workers and students cannot be broken. Solidarity with the workers and students standing up for justice! ✊🏽

To the USC and UCLA students protesting the atrocities in Gaza, you are on the right side of history. I am sorry your administration & elected leaders, who should be protecting you, have harmed & failed you. As history has shown, protesting injustice is always the right to do.

In addition to a strike authorization vote, UAW Local 4811 says it's filing unfair labor practice charges against UCLA over protest crackdown. 'The UCLA Administration has condoned the brutal attack of students and workers as they peacefully protested for justice for Palestine.'
