I am excited to share my profile as a job market candidate. My research studies how major infrastructure projects reshape the lives of the displaced and those residing in affected communities. Spoiler: Displacement reduces life expectancy by 3 months!

Morgan Foy from UC Berkeley is on the job market this year with an excellent paper on “Selection and Performance in Teachers’ Unions” — be sure to have a close look at his paper! morganfoy.github.io

Fascinating. One has a very strong expectation of the result, given the times we live in. And one is surprised Note: results are only useful if we know scientists do their job and report what they find. When we know only one result is possible, science no longer matters.
