Your Water company is polluting rivers with raw sewage. Are charging you for treatment of your raw sewage. Is it fair to charge a customer for a job if you are not doing it. Dumping raw sewage in a river is not treating it , not disposing of it in a way you pay for. IT'S FRAUD

I raised the point to Severn Trent Water in March 2025 about being charged for a job they are not doing. The scumbags have still not replied to the letter which they acknowledged recieving in March. When it comes to requesting my next payment - see if they like waiting 6 months
