Today, we were honoured to welcome the Anthem of the Seas on her inaugural call to Victoria. To mark the occasion, Christine Sam, of the Songhees Nation, greeted Captain Johan Hill in a special ceremony, followed by a performance by the Lək̓ʷəŋən Traditional Dancers.

The MS Riviera made its inaugural call to Victoria this afternoon. Spencer Chandra Herbert, B.C.’s Minister for Tourism, greeted the captain, Maksym Melnikov. Chief Jerome Thomas of the Xʷsepsəm Nation and the Esquimalt Nation Singers and Dancers provided a traditional welcome.
