Late post about states, but what a bittersweet last comp. Ended up 14th in the state with a 305 total. I’m so thankful for this sport and the lessons it taught me as well as the people it brought me closer to. Thank you weightlifting🤍

Since my high school weightlifting career has come to an end I’ve been into CrossFit and I am loving it!! It was such a humbling experience completing the Murph workout with Mags along my side the whole way. •1 mile •100 pull-ups •200 push ups •300 squats •1 mile
