Huge congratulations to all on this team effort Imperial ChemEng UCL Chemical Engineering Queen Mary University of London Eli Lilly and Company on this IChemE Global Awards for Pharma 2023 and special mention to @hamishmmitchell Enshu Mingxia Guo vivek verma

Mesmerising views on flight from Kigali ๐ท๐ผ to Entebbe ๐บ๐ฌ. Really looking forward to the FlowPhotoChem.eu workshop in Kampala & wish could stay longer to explore this place!!

Thank u so much for having me at the FlowPhotoChem.eu workshop in ๐บ๐ฌ and thank you ChemLight & Justus Masa for taking such good care of me. It was great to hear about all the activities that are supporting the transition to clean energy accessibility. I hope 2 come again 1 day โบ๏ธ

Congratulations to Kloy, Derek and George for presenting their work at #Electrochem2024 Manchester Metropolitan Uni and getting lots of great questions and feedback afterwards!!! Very proud โบ๏ธ Kanyapat Zhixu-Derek Zhu George Creasey Electrochemical Systems Laboratory @ Imperial

Electrochemical Systems Laboratory @ Imperial Just got back from an insightful week in beautiful Manchester attending two amazing conferences: the 38th Topical Meeting of the International Society of Electrochemistry and #Electrochem2024!

Wonderful posters on a range of fascinating research themes from our Imperial ChemEng MSc students: Adilah Hassen, Mischelle Thomas, Puru Goel and Hasna Sobari Ati ๐ Very well done for a great job of presenting your work - very proud of you all ๐ฅณ๐๐ฅผ๐ฅฝโ๏ธ๐งฉ๐ป๐๐งฐ๐ฌ

Thrilled to share our latest work published today RSC Sustainability . We Magda Titirici Anna Hankin developed a process to recycle graphite, a critical material, from industrial LIB black mass, paving the way for more eco-friendly, circular LIB supply chains. pubs.rsc.org/en/content/artโฆ

Our new paper in Chemical Engineering Journal shows how to quickly assess whether stacking two catalyst beds with different activities can improve productivity of a wall cooled multi tubular fixed bed catalytic reactor, limited by thermal runaway. Itโs been a wonderful, interesting & productive time at the MRS Fall meeting in Boston! #F24MRS Thank you Ludmilla Steier and Virgil Andrei for the invitationto present about my #Solar2H2 reactor outdoor testing โบ๏ธ lovely to catch up with friends & colleagues๐ Electrochemical Systems Laboratory @ Imperial

Huge congratulations to Enshu & Isha Bade for passing their PhD vivas last week! Enshu investigated glycine-dipeptide crystallisation and Isha explored crystal regeneration post-breakage. Big thanks to examiners Huaiyu Yang, Koon-Yang Lee, Dr Elena Simone & Anna Hankin๐๐

It was a pleasure to co-organize symposium #EN01 #F24MRS Materials Research Society (MRS) with Ludmilla Steier and Rafael Jaramillo DMSE at MIT! Many excellent contributions on #fundamental #material characterization, solar fuel #scalability, and strong synergies with the #PV community! โ๏ธ

Delighted to be invited to two incredible symposiums in Madrid: the FOTOFUEL & SUNERGY Workshop on e-fuels for a climate-neutral Europe! I shared our research on novel materials for green fuels, scaling strategies & the NEXTCCUS project. Thanks to @SUNERGY_EU, The Solar Chemicals Network.

We had a wonderful Christmas 2024 celebration, with home-made food, fun baking and gingerbread house decorating! And of course #Cranium & #SecretSanta to top it all off :-) ๐โ๏ธ๐ธ๐พ๐ฒ Kanyapat Hanzhi Ye Xiaochu Wei Mengya Zhixu-Derek Zhu George Creasey Electrochemical Systems Laboratory @ Imperial
