Come by *SS25* on Wednesday afternoon between 1 and 4:30ish @SfN to get and give hot takes on motor working memory and its differences from somatosensory and visuospatial WM! If you're leaving before Wednesday, send me a DM and we can chat. #SfN23 #SfN

Happening now! What happens to a baby’s striatum when you give them a cookie? Idk. But my brilliant lab mate, Juliana Trach, can probably clue you in if you head over to WW20 to check out her poster, Striatal involvement in reward processing in the human infant brain. #SfN23

And while you have babies on the brain…or baby brains on the brain - head over to SS9 to see the great Tristan Yates. Find out why babies agree that the original Lion King is scientifically better than the remake! #SfN23 #SfN2023

I am happy to share my new preprint with David Whitney and Yifan Fang. We reveal two novel sequential effects in reaching movements and show that motor planning adheres to the principles of efficient coding. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
