Was served same by Stanbic IBTC, my worst banking experience ever. First it was rejected referee, I took 4 or 5 referees, then address verification, I was called 3 times to verify. Last last, na 5hrs vawulence got the issue sorted with no tangible explanation.

Dear TAJBankNG I wasted over 3 hrs at your bank over an error caused by your system or workers, that couldn't be fixed after wasting so much time. The inefficiency is troubling for a relatively new bank that is supposed to proffer easy and quick solutions. Highly disappointed!

Dear ncc.gov.ng kindly note that MTN Nigeria and 9mobile have disconnected so many people without notice. I have been to both their offices to link NIN, it appears that didn't work and somehow, it is my fault.
