#MembraneTrafficking seminars are back! Join Fèlix Campelo Francesca Bottanelli and me for an exciting lineup of speakers in our Sep-Dec '24 season. Fascinating science covering protein secretion, lysosome-secretory pathway crosstalk, lipid trafficking...

Great to finally see this online J Cell Science journals.biologists.com/jcs/article/13… I hope it is a great resource for everybody embarking in proximity labelling #masspec experiments! I promise all plasmids will be on Addgene in the next few weeks! Alexander Stockhammer Freund_Lab@FUB

#membrane seminars are back this week! Do not miss this double bill with stellar early career researchers! Anup Parchure Yale Cell Biology and Miguel Gonzales-Lozano from the Harper lab @HarvardCellBio

So happy to finally see this out! Great work by first authors Alexander Stockhammer and Petia Adarska which have shown that cargo flow along post-Golgi routes is driven by a key maturation step where compartments defined by ARF1 nature into recycling endosomes nature.com/articles/s4155…

First time playing around with single molecule STORM imaging of PI3P on endosomes using our recombinant biosensors. This was great fun with our new fellow Dr. Ruby Peters and I see lots of potential for this in the future!
