Watching Pulisic on Prime. Spoiler. Superstar whose foundation in basic skills is exceptional. Shocker. Parents please build basic skills for sport. Period.

Not sure who needs to hear this but soda, candy bars and French fries are not part of a healthy diet. If you are eating these items more than a few times a week as a student-athlete you are self sabotaging your own progress. I met with a 16 YO baseball player this morning who

Military style boot camps for training are awful for athletes. Changing training to an extreme doesn’t make your athletes tougher or more of team, it risks injury or worse as history has taught us.
