1 year ago today I finished running the length Africa. 352 days 16,000+km 19,000,000 steps 16 countries £1,000,000 raised for the running charity & sandblast Some ride that.

4 weeks in to running New Zealand. When I first started my body was nowhere near what I was used to it being able to do. Think I needed the first 1000km to warm up🤣 Feeling stronger day by day now though. Gonna give 100km a whack tomorrow to see what’s up. Time to step it up🫡
