I’m excited to share what I consider my most important written work: a much revised and expanded monograph on Minimalist Market Design. It encapsulates 25 years of my holistic approach to research & policy. Link: arxiv.org/abs/2401.00307 1/12

New paper on "Complexity of the Shapley Value of Scheduling Games" with Sreoshi Banerjee. URL: cgi.cse.unsw.edu.au/~haziz/schedul… Result: computing Shapley value is #P-complete when there are multiple machines. For 1 machine, it coincides with the Serial rule (Moulin & Shenker).

🚀 What is an agent? A question that’s been tackled for decades is now resurfacing as we enter the next phase of frontier AI: agentic models. Surprisingly, a well-established research community that has studied agents for years is often overlooked. Let’s set the record straight.
