Road closures in Haslingden from 15th February until 6th March 2024. 🚧👷‍♂️ ⚠️Phase 1 will close Bank Street/Higher Deardengate to Bury Road (the new square) from 15 - 27th Feb. ⚠️Phase 2 will close Blackburn/Manchester Road to Bank Street from 28 Feb - 6th March.

Just a reminder about the road closures and that all businesses on Higher Deardengate are open as per their usual business hours 🛍️

Last Saturday, our mural consultation revealed that our community wanted to see heritage as a main theme 💪🏽 from St James’ Church, mills, South Asian heritage and it’s ties to the textile industry. Did you know the place name Haslingden is derived from hazel tree’s? 🌳
