Great to see the annual Professor Chris Whitty report on Health and Cities published. It was a privilege to co-author the #ActiveTravel in Cities Chapter with Eleanor Roaf & Dr Jo Maher NHS GP. Enjoying reading the other chapters which are jam packed with insights, data and case studies.



Our CEO, Andy Taylor, attended and spoke at this meeting earlier in the week. He highlighted the work the #ActivePartnerships network does in places and communities across England, breaking down barriers to sport and physical activity and helping everyone to move more.

Great diagram from Professor Chris Whitty to demonstrate the positive impact that being active can have on physical and mental health. The #ActivePartnerships network and its partners are working closely with the health sector to embed physical activity pathways into health and care.
