We are in need of Fire Keepers to help us keep this sacred fire going until July 1st. We need individuals who are willing to do evening shifts from 3-10:30 and 10:30 to 7:00 am Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday! We also need help during the days tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday!

New Time for our closing ceremony! It will now be happening July 1st at 12:00 pm (noon)

Our closing Ceremony will take place at 12 noon today at 300 Frederick St in Kitchener. We will be letting the fire go out, and then we will be relighting it honour all of those children who have been found and those who are still to be found and will stay lit until winter.

The sacred fire has been relit and will continue burning until the bear goes to sleep for the winter!
