I don’t know where the dance world would be without Judith Jamison. Alvin Ailey made “Cry” specially for her & all Black Women. Her legacy & what she brought to the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater as a dancer & director changed culture as we know it.

Really excited for this event with Raymond Antrobus, hope ATL people can come out for it. (It is good to be together.) (And to be with poems.)

Feels pointless to post here anymore. Sad to lose (to already have lost) the ability to connect across a digital space I’ve inhabited for 15 years. (Wtf, time?!) I am easy to find in several elsewheres and if by some miracle you see this I hope we reconnect on some other side.
