This delightful video is a great summary of Melanie Brucks' recent work on virtual communication and creativity. And I love the bonus idea of structuring the workweek around *who* needs to be in-person and *for what task* - a great example of working smarter, not harder. 💪

Road traffic accidents are a leading cause of death in low- and middle-income countries, and more than half may involve informal public transit. What can be done to mitigate this huge loss of life? Erin Kelley, Greg Lane, and I ran some experiments in Kenya to see what works.

We toured an Amazon Fulfillment center yesterday and… 🤯 Incredible. • Inventory is stored on constantly moving shelves. Robots take the shelf to the pick station. • Inventory is randomly placed on shelves, tracked by cameras (go store technology). • They spread inventory

Great idea! I recently spent 45 minutes on the phone cancelling a subscription while they fabricated all sorts of silly obstacles "What was your original customer ID number? What date did you sign up?" This is sleazy way to make money and isn't disclosed when people sign up.
