HARDEST DAY OF CHALLENGE COMPLETED❤️ After 2,500 ft of elevation, 3 massive hills and 20 miles later, I can finally say there is only 9 days left of the world record challenge. Into single digits now… Life is so precious man, I genuinely mean it. Make the most of every day and

Yeah today was just not it. Body only managed 5 miles before I just came over very ill. 1100km in, I expected some sort of injury or illness but this was just brutal. Took the rest of the day to recover and refuel but tomorrow it’s straight back to it. 175 miles to do in 8

7 runs to go. Day 50 of running the entire length of the UK to raise awareness for mental health and money for @mindcharity To think a week tomorrow this whole challenge will be over is quite scary. Been a beautiful day in the highlands today, so grateful to experience these

22 miles down and 5 days to go 🫡 Into the last stretch now and all the miles dropped are getting caught up… Brutal one today with over 20 miles on the side of the A9 but all a story to tell. 45,800 raised is genuinely unbelievable. 4,200 to raise in 5 days will be tough but

It’s been 49 days since I last saw a drop of rain. Today it’s decided to give it all back in one go. This the UK we all know and love… 15 miles ticked off today, originally had 20 planned but seriously overestimated the hills and terrain. Still on path to finish Wednesday next

🦒 Has someone lost a giraffe? Don't worry, he's just taken a wee trip to Edinburgh, look at that, even purchased a ticket before boarding too! Get in touch with us directly, or the lost property team in Edinburgh Waverley, if you're looking to reunite.

Last night may have been the greatest and worst night of my life. Finishing 21 miles at 1am as it poured down for hours on end, truly showed me that despite experiencing the worst pain I’ve ever experienced- your body and mind can simply do beautiful things. I’ll be honest I

Well the final weekend of the challenge is over. 3 runs to go until the end. The last few weeks have been pretty rough I’m not going to lie but the end is in sight now! An ultra marathon tomorrow, then two shorter days to finish. Cannot wait to be live on @bbcbreakfast tomorrow

So I can see my dad at the finish line and for my health, we have pushed back the finish line by a day to finish this Thursday. Slightly gutted it’s an extra day but yesterday my body was on its last legs and was very sleep deprived. It’s a 12 hour journey for my parents so to

Ultramarathon completed. 2 days to go until I complete my mission the youngest person to run the entire length of the UK. My body is absolutely broken tonight. The longest run of the entire challenge, over hills and bumpy terrain. But there is no giving up at this stage, in 48

The final day is here. 2 months of running all comes down to the last 20 miles. Doing this for you dad, can’t wait to see him at the finish line. MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS, YOU MATTER ❤️

£100,000 RAISED 🤯 Truly speechless. When I began running I said my all time goal was to raise 100K for @mindcharity - never did I imagine we would do it on this challenge alone. I don’t even know how to word this, this is already the greatest day of my life and I haven’t even

Over the last few days we have set the record for the most amount of money raised by an individual for the @mindcharity in one event/challenge. £143,000 raised, genuinely so grateful. Surreal moment for me and my family. Thank you so much for believing in me and this challenge ❤️

No fancy kit. No fancy sponsorship. No massive support truck. No social media team. Just one boy, with a huge heart and even bigger dreams, and a circle around him who cared. When u have a ‘why’ as important as Marcus ANYTHING is possible. This young man has shown us all that.

Such a well deserved standing ovation for Chris Booth and the Challenge trial. These data are quite powerful. Much stronger evidence than what we saw in plenaries today. #ASCO25

The majority of the general public have no idea what it takes to become a senior doctor: the risks taken, the skill, the impossible decisions taken, the procedural dexterity etc. Medicine is being degraded & taskified to its detriment - be careful what you all wish for
