A fantastic session with David Lammy yesterday in Croydon South. Thanks to the single working mum who said she’s voting Labour for the first time. She said her mortgage skyrocketed after Liz Truss’ disastrous mini-budget, supported by her current MP Chris Philp.

Just read this excellent book, thank you Helen Gordon (@helenlpgordon.bsky.social) As someone who’s loved rocks since very young, I found the selection of stories truly inspired. So much reminded me of times along the way & prompted me to think of things I might still do. Fab it finishes in NW Highlands UNESCO Global Geopark

Helen Gordon (@helenlpgordon.bsky.social) and I canvassing for Labour Ben Taylor in deep blue detached Toryland. Takeaways: red tide coming ... First cycle since 2010 I haven't been verbally abused ... Not a single person (n = 68) voting Tory ... Retirees split between Lab/Farage

Really enjoyed reviewing #Meteorites by Helen Gordon (@helenlpgordon.bsky.social) . The tech bros may all want a piece of Mars for a paperweight. But you can find your own micrometeorite on the roof of your local supermarket with a sandwich bag and a magnet... spectator.co.uk/article/a-piec…
