The Ministry of Higher Education,Technology and Innovation (MHETI) in collaboration with NCRST, SASSCAL.org, NUST, UNAM, IUM, the Namibia Training Authority(NTA) and NAMCOL, are hosting the National Students' Research Symposium (#NRS).
The NRS will be hosted biennially to provide a structured and systematic exchange of research outputs, opportunities, experiences, and interests and to establish R&D collaborations and networks with industry and other partners.
The symposium is a platform to enhance sharing and exchange of knowledge as well as sensitise business, communities and all other stakeholders on the important role that research plays in the development of our country. Dr. Alfred Van Kent, Executive Director MHETI
The previous two days have been the National Students Research Symposium taking place at Nipam in Windhoek.
The event gave an opportunity for young researchers to strengthen their research and presentation skills as well as engaging other researchers and learn from each other.
