We think a lot about the land beneath our feet. Our trials farm, located outside the town of Hyde Park, Vermont, tells a 15,000+ year-old story. Once the site of a 300-acre glacial lake, it's now a perfectly flat piece of well-drained farmland atop a large aquifer.

Our Trials Manager Taylor and her team oversee annual trials of more than 700 vegetable, herb, and flower varieties, searching for the next seeds to add to the High Mowing collection. 🌱🌱
