I cannot emphasise this strongly enough, the biggest barrier to parent-infant relationship work now is lack of an appropriately trained workforce. Commissioners are catching on to the benefits of this work. Train your staff now to be in a position to act when the money comes.

As a member of the Maternal Mental Health Alliance, we’re excited to support today’s launch of the #AmplifyingMaternalVoices toolkit. Whilst inequities in perinatal mental health care exist, we will continue to push for change: buff.ly/4aeo9dG

It felt fitting to share this with today’s PMHP UK #MMHAW24 theme being “Finding You In This Journey”. I remember feeling that I’d lost myself in motherhood with a 3month old during the first lockdown, but finding myself again & learning more about myself than I could’ve imagined

Solidarity to those saying the same thing over and over again until everyone’s heard it: babies and babyhood really matter. For right now and for the future.
