In all 16 states reporting COVID-19 vaccinations by race/ethnicity, the share among Black people is smaller than their share of cases. We need the proper information across all states to determine the best course of action to ensure equity in access to and uptake of the vaccine.

It’s important to recognize that if we can focus on improving outcomes for the most marginalized people, conditions will improve across the board. Creating a metric for #Blackmamas to be listened to will allow for all birthing people to be able to thrive. #BMHW22 #NBEC #BMHW22
