Great example of using SNAP-ChIP Spike-ins for antibody validation and data normalization in ChIP! The Lorincz lab used SNAP-ChIP controls as part of their elegant study showcasing the role of H3K36me in guiding DNAme in germline cells. Interesting read! nature.com/articles/s4158…
