Charging on a Tesla charger in the Netherlands that charges 20p a kWh to fully charge the little Corsa-e would come in at Ā£10 or just under 5p per mile. We really need to look at the cost of public charging in the U.K. On a Gridserve charger Ā£39.50. mastodon.social/@Hobbs/1125423…

If you intend to travel in Europe a Tesla subscription at Ā£8.99 is really worth considering. It’s saved us about 30% on the normal Tesla price for non Tesla vehicles. Even without the discount Tesla charges will save you money. mastodon.social/@Hobbs/1125430…

Todays drive was from Cologne to Hamburg 267 miles we had two charging stops one on a non Tesla using Octopus Electroverse at 50p per kWH, topped up with 6.6 kWh and the other at a Tesla Charger at 34p per kWh, topped up with 33 kWh. Total cost Ā£14.52 mastodon.social/@Hobbs/1125543…

Tomorrow is one of our longest drives we travel from Hamburg (Germany) to Helsingborg (Sweden) via the StorebƦlt bridge en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Bel… and the Ƙresund bridge en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ƙresund_B… a total of 354 miles.

Yesterday’s journey was a long one from Hamburg to Helsingborg in Sweden. We charged 4 times including in Helsingborg in preparation for today’s trip to Stockholm. Total charge was 90 kWh at an average of 33p all on Tesla chargers. Total cost Ā£29.70 and we travelled 354 miles.

Thursday’s journey was from Helsingborg to Stockholm. The Temperature in the morning was 12c plummeting our m/kWh. So we made one quick stop at an Ionity charger and two longer stops at Tesla chargers. Total charge for the day 72 kWh, cost Ā£21.77 and total distance 344 miles.
