Are you interested in measuring gangliosides in stem cells or other matrices? Please read our newest paper in JACS Au introducing a new LC-MSn & free annotation (LDA) workflow for glycolipids #glycotime → #glycolipidtime Universität Wien Katharina Hohenwallner pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja…

Eine von einem österreichischen Team um Chemikerin Ass. Prof. Evelyn Rampler entwickelte Methode ermöglicht die Messung von Glykolipiden, nun soll etwa die Relevanz bei Krebserkrankungen untersucht werden. We're really excited & thank the Allen Institute for providing the funding to monitor lipid trafficking in miniature organs. There's a twist here: The first proof-of-principle data were acquired with students in a 4-week project during the MPI-CBG Dresden PhD course!!!

Postdoc position open at KoellenspergerLab, Universität Wien. Method development for "mini" metabolomics with the ultimate goal of single-cell analysis. Temporary position with potential for a 2-year extension. tinyurl.com/nakfb8af #metabolomics #singlecellanalysis #jobopening
