Odysseas Lagos of Year 7 has achieved an outstanding accomplishment in his Mathletics journey. Odysseas claimed the prestigious position of 1st place in Mathletics in the whole of Australia. We are extremely proud of him. Congratulations Odysseas you superstar!#excellenceatHBHS

The Year 9 boys completed their follow up survey for the Future Proofing Study with the Blackdog Institute. It is the biggest study to be undertaken on youth mental health. An important initiative to be a part of to help future generations. #excellenceathbhs

The Environment Club met with Strathfield Council as part of their community strategic plan consultation. The students voiced their opinions on some of the environmental challenges currently being faced such as climate change and what they would like to see happen in the future.

In Ms Coutinho’s Commerce class, the boys held a mock trial to understand the legal system in Australia. They did Goldilocks and the Three Bears and unfortunately Goldilocks was found guilty of breaking and entering, destruction of property and theft of porridge! #Excellencehbhs
