Weight training after a 10k run! Always been a big advocate of strength training and running! Runners used to tell me to avoid weights, body builders would tell me not to run! I never listened! After 46 years training I've had very few injuries! Isn't that right Coach Claire 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏻🎧?😊

What a morning! Parkrun 95 followed by a very random 10k with Manchester Myprotein Run Club and elite GB runner Anya Culling at the helm! (Pictured with me). Struggled to keep with my young colleagues and came last of a fast group! I was grandad at the back! 😂😂
