team at Hoodie and many former couchdb folks are somewhat forgotten pioneers of serverless remember nobackend.org ? that was five years ago (predates lambda!) how about couchapps? closer to ten years ago! (think these may predate node…close anyhow)

I finally wrote about First Timers Bot and what it does! Need to change all your license years to 2018 and want to help people contribute? Check out my post! #opensource #github dev.to/angieg0nzalez/…

Thanks to @synicalsyntax our First Timers bot now cleans up after themselves :) If you got an email about the first-timers app asking for more permission, that is why: it now deletes the first-timers-* branch after the issue was created

I'm considering building a reference implementation for an #OfflineFirst #PWA architecture that uses Apache CouchDB (@[email protected]), Hoodie & PouchDB (@[email protected]) (more details to come). Which frontend framework should I use (or not use)? Why?

ok I need help. I really really want to hire a kickass developer who also happens to be a woman (backend pref.) What are the best places to spread the word? We are posting in Women Who Code AngelList and hackernews + word of mouth and recs. Help spreading?
