🚨CALL OUT🚨 12:01 30/08/2023 Hornsea Inshore Rescue were tasked by Humber Coastguard to reports of a broken down Jetbike, 3/4nm off Longbeach with three persons aboard. All unhurt and returned to launch beach by our lifeboat and crew.

🚨Callouts🚨 Three taskings today, a 1.5 hour recovery of a broken down boat. A call to persons on a paddleboard and aiding a stricken vessel 500m off hornsea. That on top of a training session means this crew will be having an early night!

🚨CALL OUT🚨 15:54 28/09/2023 Hornsea Inshore Rescue were tasked by Humber Coastguard to reports of possible 2 persons and a dog cut off by the tide south of Mappleton. Confident no-one was in any danger the lifeboat returned and prepared for next service.

Hornsea Rescue took delivery of a new Atlantic 85 lifeboat this morning. This has been purchased from the RNLI. The lifeboat was transported to Hornsea free of charge by Hull logistics company Neill & Brown Group as a donation to the charity. Full story in the March edition.
