Housing Sector National Headache Foundation (NHF) 2. For many landlords adhering to ANY laws or regulations that inconvenience them is viewed as OPTIONAL ,and in terms of the staff training claim, L&Q first used it in 2022, and have since introduced staff Reasonable Adjustment Passport Scheme to ensure their RA's are provided.

Housing Sector National Headache Foundation (NHF) 3. So very selective non-adherence .On fire safety,I had to cite legislation to get L&Q to acknowledge/address a broken mains smoke/CO alarm ignored for over a month despite being reported via their online repairs hub & contractor. The alarm sys alerts and protects whole building!

“MPs have received invitations for networking receptions that include explicit advertisements for property developers or public affairs firms.” This is what leaseholders are up against. Lots of shadowy industry lobbying going on to capture policymaking! theguardian.com/politics/2025/…

Housing and Disability - the establishment is happy with recommendations, but yet again stops short of meaningful accountability. For real change, we need real organisation and power. ✊

TRANSPARENCY WON’T STOP THE LOOTING We have jobs, families and lives. The government cannot give leaseholders rights to information and expect us to become serial litigators. Flush out the freeloading freeholders. We need control, not more servitude. telegraph.co.uk/money/property…

"People up and down the country are asking whose side is the Labour government on and coming up with the answer not workers." Sharon Graham is absolutely correct there! mirror.co.uk/news/politics/…

I’ve had some time to think about this and I think it’s entirely unacceptable they have been able to pay to escape a legal judgement. It’s basically pay to evade the law. This helps nobody.
