It's official: As of today, hubNashville has handled over 200,000 requests from Nashville's residents, from potholes to flooding to public safety. I stopped by the call center this morning to say congratulations — and thank you — to our hardworking team! hub.nashville.gov.

This week, hubNashville celebrates its 5th birthday. hubNashville provides access to non-emergency services - not only by phone at 311, but also through an online portal at hub.nashville.gov and on the hubNashville 311 app. Happy 5 years!

Storm Debris Removal: Deadline to Submit a Request via hubNashville is Friday, March 24 Residents who have trees, limbs, and debris in their yard from the March 3rd windstorm should move the brush material to the curb & submit a “storm debris removal” request.



Storm Debris Guidelines: ➡️If you were impacted by last night’s tragic storms and have debris on your property, please use the guidelines below when placing materials at the curb. Once everything is out, you can report it to hubNashville by using the “Storm Relief” category.
