Really thrilled to share that graduating PhD student Zhaoquan (Shasha) Wang, pioneer of our exciting fructose metabolism work, has received the prestigious Schmidt Science Fellowship that will allow him to pursue really exciting questions in the octopus. Weill Cornell Medicine


On one hand, I agree in part w/ Professor here. Funding for work using human culture systems is welcomed. However, I agree w/ my colleague Bimal Desai that you can't & won't be able to do essential physiology w/o animals. Let's see what Jay Bhattacharya NIH does.
