🔴 1st XI 0-2 Eastbourne Rangers A frustrating day and frustrating result. We just couldn’t score, and were hit late on.

🔴 Res 1-2 Railway Res Cup heartbreak for the Ressies. An entertaining game with both teams having spells on top. A late equaliser to send it to penalties wouldn’t have been unjust, but it wasn’t to be.

🔴 3rd XI 2-3 Varndeanians 3rds We drew level twice, but a last gasp goal stole the point from us. Josh Hausdoerfer and Marcus Rowe on the scoresheet for us.

🏆 CHAMPIONS!! 🏆 There’s life in the old Bluedogs yet! The Vets are crowned Champions of the Sussex Sunday FL Vita Risk Veterans Div 2! A huge congratulations to Jack, Kev, Chris and the team! 👏

⚽️ Matchday ⚽️ The 1st Team game has been moved to Downlands today, but there’s still football at Fairfield, as the Ressies host Lindfield 3rds. Head on down and cheer on the boys! ☀️⚽️

🔴 1st XI 2-9 Reigate Res Promotion dreams are slipping away, and rather emphatically today. Bizarrely we actually played well for spells, but ended up on the end of a thumping. Jack Standing and Toby Phillips with our goals.

🟢 Res 3-0 Lindfield 3rds Better fortunes for the Reserves, who register a huge win against Lindfield. Louis Keane opened the scoring, and we controlled the game from then on. Ryan Moossun and Craig Mallon put it beyond doubt.

🔴 3rds XI 2-5 Hartfield You need to be firing on all cylinders when you go away to the unbeaten league leaders, and today we weren’t. Not many have put two past them, so there’s a positive. Goals from Callum East and Nathan Foley.

🟢 Res 4-2 Ansty Res What a turnaround! Having spent most of the season at the foot of the table, it’s 9 unbeaten and a climb to 4th, with one to play. Ryan Moossun is making an unlikely charge for the golden boot with another goal, before Oakley Johnson scored a hattrick. 👏

🟢 3rd XI 2-1 Marle Place A win to make the Gaffer proud. We could have had more had it not been for sterling display from the Marle Place keeper, but Marcus Rowe and Luke Perdrix’s goals were enough. Happy days!
