EMAIL SERVER OUTAGE: Hi all, we're currently experiencing an outage that's affecting internet&email services. Our techs are hard at work fixing this as we speak In the meantime, don't re-set your modems as this'll log you out of the server We'll be updating this post ASAP

UPDATE 10.30PM AEST - Our techs are still working through the process of isolating the issue that is affecting email (nationwide) and internet service (primarily NSW & VIC). Unfortunately no ETA at this stage.

UPDATE:10:00AM - Hi all, our techs continued to work overnight and have now restored email and internet services back to normal. If you aren't back online you can now reboot your modem or send us a message on Live Chat and we'll give you a hand.

UPDATE: Due to the NSW floods, we are currently experiencing an unplanned outage due to hardware failure. Techs are on the way with replacement hardware. We are working with relevant parties to resolve the outage and will update as more information comes to hand.
