Why am i so unconvincing. I can never make people understand my point. I don't know how to. I end up making things worse. I never have the right words to make anyone understand me. Why am i like this and i don't know how to be better. Everyone secretly hates me now

And since yesterday i was all okay and just now i saw sth n sadness hit me. I can't let my tears come out cz once they do there's no going back and i won't be able to handle. It hurts.
