I fly a lot and see a fair number of airports. I generally really like @flyeia in #yeg, but they have the slowest bag handling of any major airport in the country. 40 minutes from arrival to bag pickup on my Air Canada flight today is about half an hour too long.

I got a request from TELUS Support to fill in a customer service survey today. Just seeing the word Telus makes my blood boil. They say they care about their customers, but then their actions show the exact opposite. Truly a horrendous company to have to deal with.

Treatment of elected officials, municipal staff, and sometimes even the public has worsened as #incivility and abuse have risen. (Un)Civil Society, by Ian McCormack, highlights the problems of incivility and offers hope for solutions. ow.ly/oqQl50WyyNt #NewBook #LocalGov
