I’m starting to think that pushing high school students to do college-level work without giving them the necessary time is just producing bad college students and worse high school ones.

1. Change - add multiple / diverse choices of assessment outputs to allow learners to demonstrate knowledge, skills, and understanding in different or novel ways. 2. Change - explore adding impact into the programmes through engagement in local (Glocal?) work, 360 feedback, etc

AI as proxy for classroom discussion, peer feedback, testing ideas in classroom settings with peers and teacher - we comfortable with this? Where can AI tools be used in process? How do we know who is doing the thinking? #IBGC2023

Educators, if we are worried that AI makes learners not use or cite their sources, then we have to ask one another for sources when we throw out “research.” Is there research that says 90% of teachers are completely unprepared for generative AI? Source, please. #IBGC2023
