Are you interested in nutrient transport and its regulation in arbuscular mycorrhiza symbiosis between plants and fungi? We are looking for two Postdocs for the ERC project SymbioticExchange: mpimp-golm.mpg.de/2772979/job_fu⊠MPIMP Potsdam Golm đ±đ§Ș #plantsciencejob

A better understanding of microbes: NCCR Microbiomes has received one of the SNSFâs #LighthouseAwards đ for its efforts to raise awareness and promote scientific communication. To teach children about microbes, it has created a video game.

Thank you Swiss National Science Foundation for honoring our video game 'Microbiomes'! đŠ đź This was a great collaboration with the đšđ game developer Koboldgames . This educational game is free for download on phones and tablets đ nccr-microbiomes.ch/outreach/microâŠ

Soon-Jae Lee from Université de Lausanne demonstrates at #ICOM12 that plants, AM fungi and rhizosphere microbiomes have synchronised circadian clocks and surprisingly even arbuscule formation follows a circadian rhythm.

Ricardo Arraiano Castilho Université de Lausanne NCCR Microbiomes presents about metaT and metaG-omics to study cross-kingdom interactions in soil microbiomes at #icom12

Members and new members of our South American Mycorrhizal Research Network gathering at #ICOM12 12th International Conference on Mycorrhiza 2024 International Mycorrhiza Society

Ruoyu Hu from Université de Lausanne shows #icom12 her new tool for adapting arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal strains to high heavy metal concentrations

Donât miss tomorrow our workshop âNatural selection in mycorrhizal symbiosesâ at 12th International Conference on Mycorrhiza 2024 #ICOM12 International Mycorrhiza Society Hall C, 16:00-17:30. It includes me, Sander van Otterdijk (@Kokkoris_Vas lab), #LetianWang (Gu Fengâs lab), #JimBever (lead of INVAM), & #NancyCollinsJohnson

A very exciting presentation at #icom12 by Prof. Katie Field about how biotic interactions are influenced by mycorrhizal networks. Nice to see the functioning of such complex interactions are now finally better understood. Such exciting work!!
