Bc delhi govt made such a nice footpath in Vikas Marg, laxmi nagar. Today , after 3 months, all are broken/stolen. Ballasts destroyed. Pavements broken by local shopkeepers. Waste of huge amount of money. Don't give indians good infra till they learn the civic sense.
