Last month in the OR I noticed residents routinely gave 100 mg of Rocuronium for intubation! A few things come to mind: 1. Not every pt needs RSI (100 mg is often 1-1.2 mg/kg) 2. Even for pts that need RSI, SUX works just fine (in absence of contraindications). Larger
