P5/6 had their Christmas party today! Amazing effort put into the outfits and great atmosphere as they took to the dance floor! Prizes were given for all sorts of things, such as great elbows and best played air-instrument. SO MUCH FUN! Inshes PS Inverness Mikey #Christmas

Our Nisse appeared with all out party food on our smartboard this morning in a Google Meet Call, but was nowhere to be seen in the class. It was not until we checked a cupboard where he had hidden with a chromebook that we were able to obtain our food. Inshes PS Inverness

Today marked the end of Miss Jamieson as our Acting Head Teacher. She has guided Inshes safely through COVID times and been a part of this school for 11 years. It is with sad faces that we say goodbye, but we wish Miss Jamieson all the best in her new position!

Delighted to announce that I was appointed headteacher at Abernethy and Deshar Primary Schools last week. Looking forward to start in August! It will be a very emotionally hard last week at Inshes PS Inverness, as I have some truly amazing colleagues and children in the school!
