We are delighted to announce that the Swiss National Science Foundation has awarded us a grant to advance the INSPIRE project into its next phases. This project aims to improve the quality of care of frail home-dwelling older adults by implementing #integrated care, so they can age in place.

We are pleased to collaborate with @Spitex Birseck for the implementation of integrated care. As part of the preparatory phase, INSPIRE has organized training sessions for Spitex Birseck staff. These trainings were sponsored by Velux Stiftung .
