Our family support worker in the Bridge Project recently organised a parent self-care trip. 😄 They brought a group of mams to Killashee Spa for a spa morning. Everyone got a treatment done and spent time in the relaxation room and hydrotherapy pool.

The first gathering of Youth Work Ireland's Integration Network took place this week, where Joyce & Dave represented In Sync. The group shared best practices & challenges in integration youth work & looked at how we can support young migrants & their families settle into Irish communities.
